OK...this story has been discussed to death, but for the sake of this excersize lets go with this story and take it to the Republican extreme.

OK...we can assume that the Republicans would argue the cop is justified in tazering her, and we can assume "she must have been up to something." as cops like to say.

But take it a step further, what if there is a death of a fetus involved? Well it's obvious, she was putting the fetus at risk, and should also be held on charges of attempted murder!

Yes...by doing what she did and provoking a poor policeman doing his job, she invited danger upon her fetus and should be prosecuted under the Laci law!

But...we can take it a step even FURTHER. By using up valuable police resources (the tazer) and possibly causing emotional problems upon the officer she should be made to pay for the tazer, and any subsequent psychotherapy as the officer sees fit - and time off.
