Poll question: Trainspotting: Grossest scene in the movie
I love that movie but there are some really sicko scenes where I pretty much have to close my eyes to get through. What was the sickest scene in the movie?

BTW, I finally figured out how to really enjoy the movie. The accents are so thick that it's better just to watch the movie with the subtitles on so you can understand what they're saying. This has to be one of my favorite movies and surely a good reason to never EVER do heroin

1. My favourite scene

Is the scene where Renton steals the video of Sick Boy and his girlfriend having sex, then Sick Boy's girlfriend decides she want's to watch it.

But the sickest is definitely the dead baby. (I misread the title, haha.)

2. That wasn't Sick Boy, that was Tommy with the Video
the amazing thing is the fallout of the missing video. Tommy was one of the gang that wouldn't do the drugs (along with Begbie, but he was a sicko in his own mind). But when Tommy's girlfriend broke up with him, he decided to do Heroin. Unfortunately he lost the lottery by somehow managing to get an infected needle. That was the saddest part of the whole storyline. If Renton and Sickboy never stole the video, Tommy may have never died

3. So it was...
Haven't seen the movie in ages. That movie is really fucked up. Brilliant really, though quite disturbing.

5. I'd much rather see him work with Boyle again instead of Lucas
I need to get Trainspotting on dvd. I'm really in the mood to watch it now, haha.

6. I love the scene where Renton discovers that he's slept with a school-girl
But the lavatory scene is the sickest.

Subtitles???? The accents aren't that thick, that's just wimpy.

7. The scene where Begbie glasses
the guy in the pub after the drug deal. The way he lights the cigarette afterwards: pure Glasgow hardman.
