You can't just get a pair of regular b-ball shoes that yuo can wear around like back in the day. Now everyone of them has beels and whistles (literally sometimes) and zippers and metallic hoohah's.

The retro ones that are now produced have to have used the ugliest cheapest pair of "buttercookies" (as we called them) ever made.
