Shit... Weees men couldn't be bothered by the time it took to feed our baby. We'd have high powered suckers at the fillin stations that we'd hook up to and pump a quart in 30 seconds. We'd have devices that would attach to the baby's head and hold their bottles.

Oh... and if we had to let the little critters latch on to our hairy nipples, no prob...we'd whip our shirts off in the finest restaurants, or in our expensive 1st base seats at Fenway.

Oh...but weees can't let our women do that...No sir eeee... Us men pop a major woody the minute those voluptuous Mellon's make their appearance. Ohhhh the Humanity!

Honestly. I know they're out there, but I've never met a man who really was against breastfeeding in public. Sure there are some that are uncomfortable, but in general they keep their mouths shut.

No, the ones that have the biggest beef are other women which I always found really odd. My wife has breastfed in public and has had other women tell her to put a blanket over the baby (while it was hot out no less) and other rude comments. Men might not like it, but it's the women who come up and say something maybe.

The thing I think is most funny is when someone defends breastfeeding by saying it's natural, and then a man comes back in and says "peeing is natural can I pee in public?" Comparing waste functions with breast feeding is humorous and way off base.

I think you make a good point. I have heard a few men talk about bfing being so much better - but I can only think of women making squeemish comments about it. I never thought about it before. In fact, I've had men tell me they've seem more boobs in the last few years b/c of bfing wives/friends/etc that it just doesn't phase them one bit.
