7. My wife makes the world's greatest

chocolate chip cookies. There is a bag in the freezer now along with Girl Scout thin mints and a homemade chocolate and peanut butter pie that should be declared illegal it is so good.

8. it's going pretty well

though today my knee decided that it didn't want to finish the 2 mile run.

I'm going to ride the stationary bike tomorrow to give it a rest from weight-bearing, high-impact exercise and then maybe look into a brace to wear from now on.

I tend to really pay attention when something hurts. Even though I've lost a lot of weight, I'm still heavy, and I have to be reasonable about what I expect my body to do.
