5. Some of my patients and family members told me that they feared

for their lives having the staff stretched out as it has been with Ah-nolds ratio increase.
There people(sub-acute unit), should NOT have to endure these fears!

These people have enough to worry about, without having to be concerned that they might suffer due to staffing cuts...It's much harder to get well if you are always wondering if someone will come help you when you need it...
