all quit smoking!! YES, I'M FINALLY FREE FROM THE NICODEMON!! 37 days without a smoke, 757 cigarettes NOT smoked, and I've saved $185.00. Gawd, I love the internet, and Gawd bless Al Gore the inventor. teehee, sorry, just had to do it.

9. It's called the Stop Smoking Center.

I go there just to read, read all the posts of why people quit, and how they deal with the cravings, the gaining weight, the brown stuff they spit up in the shower, (I know, gross) but, all of it. I get inspired when there. I love their mantra, N.O.P.E. = Not, Onother, Puff, Ever!!! and I know Onother isn't spelled right, but it's been the saving grace for me. I'VE QUIT!! I DON'T SMELL ANYMORE, I'M BREATHING!! I'M ALIVE, AND I'M GOING TO BE ALIVE A LOT LONGER. sorry, just had to write this. It's a great site.

It's been May 2nd 2005 for me, and I've smoked for, I don't even want to say how long, but Zuni, I've heard it never leaves you either. The urge to have one, have a smoke, it never leaves you alone. Oh yeah, you'll be free of the nicodemon for years, but just that one time, that one circumstance that you'll think, hmmmmm a drag would feel great right about now, and I'm telling ya Zuni, you'll never be free of it. Go to this site, Stop Smoking Center and you'll never take another puff, EVER, if you want to kick this terrible habit, go to this site.
