I remember first seeing it in Halifax NS when I was up there installing a mobile robot system in the Pratt & Whitney engine plant there.

Halifax is a neat place, at least, living downtown in a first class hotel is neat. Lots of great bookstores, and lots of interesting taverns to eat at. (Most places to eat seem to be taverns there.)

I spent a lot of time on the waterfront, and looking at the Privateer's Graveyard in the middle of downtown. Lots of history buried there!

19. I've done a bit of reading on Halifax but have never been.

I do plan to someday. You're right-the Privateer's Graveyard does have alot of history. I love to go to places like that and look around.
And I have no problems w/ eating in a tavern. They usually have decent food.
