Naked Man Wearing Mask, Fondling Sunbathers At NH Beach

RYE, N.H. --A beach flasher police have been trying to catch for three years has begun touching women sunbathers, police said. The man, naked and wearing a mask, has been spotted several times on Odiorne Beach, police said, adding that at least one woman said he touched her June 3.

"The man came up behind her and fondled her breasts," Chief Allen Gould said. "He was naked except for something over his head, and then he ran off into the woods."

Gould said police considered him a nuisance until the recent incident. "The physical contact is certainly an escalation over just indecent exposure, and that we don't want to see," he said.

Police have increased patrols in the area and warned beachgoers to be cautious.

1. He's naked so I imagine someone would see him if he was carrying a

weapon. Since that's the case, why the hell don't a couple of people just dogpile on the creep and hold him for the police? Or kick the shit out of him? I mean, wouldn't the fact that he's naked kind of tip people off that this might be the guy? And I would say that he's more than a nuisance.
