Is Amazon.com broken?

I have been trying to look up a book, and their search always times out.

Anybody else having this issue?

(Powells and B&N don't have this book, or I would go there first.)

Intermittant too.

Maybe it's your ISP?

7. amazon.com only or other sites?
Amazon is slow if not fine right now... but when it acts up, so does DU and the other 2 sites I keep up at all times.

(so it could be my ISP or a wider problem)

6. You'd think, wouldn't you, especially
as there are impulse buyers out there like me, who, if given a few minutes to think might decide they didn't really want that particular book.
