I am the most pretentious person ever. You cannot top me. Try,...
and you shall lose. I serve:

God loves me and not you because you don't believe in Him. You shall be smote on the final day. The Intelligent designer has intelligently left doubt as to His existence. Because he's intelligent.

That beats every Parker vs. Coltrane over latte conversation ever.

Unless you have more...?

2. Um, it's "you shall be smitten," not
"you shall be smote."

Just thought you'd like to know that.

6. And you believe that "banjos are underrated;"
which puts you solidly in the category of the Good Guys in my book, but I have to ask the question:

Clawhammer, Bluegrass, or Reno style?

Or all of the above?

8. the claw fits seamlessly with bluegrass and classical
that's why it is so important to not let die. It's also the Pac-Man to flamenco's Go and needs to survive if we are not to be pick-ruled.

My screen name is actually a cry of freedom not a push for acceptance. The longer they don't know about us the longer we be.

(tapping foot, waiting for grammatical assistance.)

11. No grammatical assistance from here;
if you're a clawhammer person, you're above reproach and all transgressions are forgiven.

And yes, the technique does lend itself to interpretations of classical and other styles of music, though Flamenco is a stretch (just in my opinion); although you can certainly apply a rasguaedo to banjo strings, there's still the fifth one that doesn't fit Flamenco style, unless of course you consider the fifth string analogous to the walking bass.

Jesus, I gotta go to bed. Let's discuss this again tomorrow.

14. hmm...
not analagous, but if you mute it you still get the appropriate sound and using a high note as an arpeggio base can be interesting.

I know why you might consider flamenco to be a stretch, but is alternate picking any closer? That's what I meant. Paco De Lucia is closer to Bela Fleck than Yngwie.

12. well, truth be told, not much, but I did help a heretic join you
after I finally convinced them that humans were made in the image of you except that we have two fully different types of "you" on earth with different parts but God explained to me that he made guys in his image and women were just an afterthought and then some jackass pointed out that if god made us in his likeness, then God had to be born from a woman since all humans have nipples in the womb because gender is determined after some gestation time is passed so therefore if God wasn't born of woman he wouldn't have nipples and if he made Men in his image they wouldn't have nipples either except we do so either God is full of shit or there's something bigge.............

Holy cow. I'll get back to you.

13. I have both sets of 'secondary sexual characteristics'
I bestow them to you along a gradient. Very few have pure gender identitys... 99% have mixed... as I am mixed.

Signed,
God.
