I have a stomach virus today

I'm really not sure if it's food poisoning, a bug, or nausea/the runs from the heat and humidity. I'm just starting to feel a little better, but I'm afraid to eat anything. :-(

sorry for you...that's just awful. BRAT diet....bannans, rice, apple juice, toast. I like the chicken bouillon...or chicken soup broth and crackers. Then the miracle drug... 7-up.

13. Saltines and some 7-Up always helped me ease back into

solids. If you continue to feel nauseated go to the doctor and get some Phenegran (sp?). It is a great medication to cure nausea.
