23. She's relatively healthy for a 19 year old cat

(So far) she has kidney disease, hyperthyroidism, high blood pressure, (very) occasional (mild) bouts of kitty senility.

It sounds like a lot, but she's still relatively pain free. Hopefully, she'll be around a lot longer.
