He was an original. He was a smart guy who spent his life cultivating an archetypal Satanic personae for himself. Very creative. Great theater! I regret that Satanism these days seems to have lost all sense of theater, playfulness, fun and irony.

LeVay was entirely himself. I liked that about him.

It's rare to find such self-aggrandizing tripe outside of the writings of christian fundamentalists. The bit about psychic vampires? Please. Tired of tripping over the homeless, much, LeVay?

I would have expected so much more out of anti-religion.

But I suppose a "Great Truth" is a matter of agreed upon values and an "Opposite" is more often defined by what we're merely predisposed to notice than by all the things we've never considered at all.

He was a huckster of the first order who shamelessly claimed the work of others as his own. It is fitting that he died alone as a public charge.
