I am beyond thrilled. Nancy Grace is the most despicable person on television, IMO. It was somewhat obscure and therefore received absolutely zero mention, but Nancy Grace blatantly lied for several minutes last week. She said she was following the Vegas odds carefully on the Jackson case for months. She said it started at almost no chance for conviction, then moved up a little bit, then to even, and now was heavily favoring conviction. She made a fool of herself while trying to quote betting numbers that she completely made up and botched.
It was all blatant bullshit, designed to verify her slant of prosecution dominance and boost her desperation for guilty on all charges. There were no odds, not where I live in Las Vegas or anywhere else. Betting on non-sporting events is illegal in Nevada sportsbooks. I called Ladbrokes to check and they virtually laughed me off the phone. There were what, 10 or more counts so you couldn't put up a base guilty or not guilty line without breaking them down one by one.
Nancy Grace is hardly the only prosecution puppet on Conviction TV. Gloria Allred's daughter is a nasal voiced clone and Dianne Diamond was slanted smack in that direction in the Jackson case. I thought the evidence was questionable but what stuck me in Jackson's camp was a documentary on Conviction TV last week that could not have been more one-sided. I started adding up time alloted to guilt and innocence and it was more than 5/1 against Jackson.
Oh yeah, one of the familiar female pundits on Conviction TV said a few days ago there was "absolutely zero chance" Jackson would be acquitted on the molestation charges. I shouted out loud zero is how much money she would have if I were allowed to bet against her. It was mere common sense any conviction would come on the lesser charges, not molestation.
