9. They said it hadn't been proven beyond a reasonable doubt
"more likely than not" or "we think he's more likely than the other folks to be lying" isn't enough to convict someone.

The prosecution must prove beyond a reasonable doubt, not present enough evidence that you wouldn't trust the accused with your child.

I'm amazed how many people seem to think that's okay...
How many kids have to accuse this guy? How weird and extraordinarily bizarre and sneakily suspicious and openly manipulative and over-dramatic does his behavior have to be in order for people to say "ENOUGH!"
I guess some folks just can't turn down an offer of free babysitting...
