I was alone for 3 years before I met my husband, and even though I'd never been alone before in my entire life, I loved every second of it (except for the celibacy part-that sucked.) I even sometimes miss being completely independent. Enjoy it while you can, I say. I never understood why my sister-who-has-everything was so envious of me when I was single...until now.
