A question for men (or women of course)
Please answer. I need to know this and humor me, please.

Now, if a guy happens to glance at a girl's boobs once, that's just natural. Right? But if they were to "glance" at least 3 more times, as if you didn't notice, that's a little more intentional, is it not?

remember, you are all humoring me here :smoke:

1. Actually, it's perfectly natural for a guy to stare with a dropped jaw.
It's in our jeans.. err... genes.

that he likes :)

15. For a guy, normally a first look is a given, even if it's a bit long.
Kind of scoping out the territory. A second look may be necessary to come to a decision. A third look means something (unless there's a frown on his face, then that's bad).

3. He wants you Faye, go get him!!
Is it the same guy from a few weeks ago?

To be fair, some men do it without realizing it. Depends on how nice the objects in question are.

6. Well, it's rude to maintain eye contact for too long
If some guy just stared into your eyes unflinchingly during a conversation, you'd complain about that, too!

Maybe you had some maranara sauce on your shirt or something, or he was trying to figure out if womens blouses really button the wrong way compared to a man's shirt.

Or maybe you have a splendid bosom worthy of lengthy and frequent appreciation!

Could be worse, no?

7. Girls never get this
and it can't be explained to them but....

We guys look. And look. And look. And look. Etc......
We can't help it. "Intent" doesn't even come into it. "Necessity" would be a better word.

Khash.

10. A Woman Explained it To Me This Way
A quick glance down is a compliment, especially if she dresses to emphasize her bust.

Two glances down, or looking down too long is an insult.

I have NO IDEA why. But them's the rules. I guess.

17. I know a woman--her name is Martha--she's been married for 35 years.
And for as long as I have known her, she cannot look you in the eyes when she talks to you.

She stares at chest-level when she talks. It makes me uncomfortable, but I know that it's just a bad habit that she developed and can't break.

However, it does make me very uncomfortable. It's hard to listen to someone who is staring at your boobs.

19. It would depend on how long the looks were
and how many. A couple glances cool. More than that it's a fixation.
Honestly if I liked a woman's tits she'd still have to have nice eyes to hold my interest.

27. As a woman ...
Edited on Mon Jun-13-05 11:35 PM by BattyDem

I don't have a problem with a single glance. But 3 or 4 more times ... that's a problem, LOL!

Funny story ...
My boyfriend (who's now my ex-boyfriend) and I were at the beach. It was off-season, so we were fully-clothed and sitting by the car having some ice cream. There weren't many people there, but there was a cop on a horse and a couple of college-age girls, who were wearing jeans with bikini tops. The girls were talking to the cop.

I looked over at my boyfriend and I saw him looking at the girls. They were really pretty and they had great bodies, but I didn't freak out over one look ... he is a guy, after all. But a few minutes later, I glanced over at him again ... and he was staring at the girls (who were still talking to the cop on the horse). I was starting to get a little pissed off! I mean, it's one thing to look ... it's quite another to stare, especially when you're with your girlfriend.

I sat there fuming, trying to think of an appropriate way to make him pay for dissing me like that. Then he said, "Hey babe ... look over there. Isn't that the most beautiful horse you've ever seen?"

I looked at him ... my jaw dropped ... and I said, "Are you f*cking kidding me?"

He looked a little nervous and said, "What? What's the matter?"

I said, "The horse? You're looking at the HORSE?!?!" (I don't know why, but that made me feel worse than if he was looking at the girls. It was as if my boyfriend was defective or something, LOL!)

By now, he was very confused and he didn't quite know how to answer. He cautiously said, "Um ... yeah. Why? What's wrong?"

I said, "You're looking at the freakin' horse?!? There are two beautiful girls standing there with their tits hanging out and you're looking AT THE HORSE?!?!?!"

He looked over there again and said, "Oh shit ... I didn't even notice them. I was just thinking that the horse was way too beautiful to be a police horse. Oh ... I'm really pathetic!" He blushed! He was really embarrassed for not noticing the girls, LOL!

So, the moral of the story is ...
Don't get mad over a glance unless you're REALLY sure of what he's looking at!

33. That guy wants your body. :-)
My ex boyfriend was bad about staring at women. Big boobs are not. Pretty or not. I really had a problem with it because he did this a lot, even when we first started dating. He claimed he was observing when I finally talked to him about it. Yeah right. He would do it right in front of me. Very rude.

36. people who are always watching what other people are looking at
sorta creep me out. Like Harriet the Spy or something. That is what makes TV and the movies so great. You can look as long as you want without having somebody jump on your groove. Mirrored shades are nice that way too.
