There have been some great threads in the few months I've been a DUer. I currently get a kick out Ozymandus' thread that won't die (thanks to me and a couple of hundred others).

I know I've missed some really great ones though. So, for posterity, share the links to your favorite threads (with a description please).

24. Almost three years ago

when DU was first started, we had a thread called Monty Pythoning the Junta. It was that thread, still my favorite, which inspired me to stop lurking and start posting, in March/April of 2001.

There was also one called Bushie Haiku about two years ago that was priceless.

I can't find either of them in the archives. :-(
