Who Doesn't Deserve Constitutional Protections?

Since "terrorists" at gitmo can be deprived of constitutional rights and since so many DUers seem to think that Vigilante justice is OK when applied to a molestor, ( see http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=105x3448359) I just thought I'd check to see whom else should be denied constitutional and/or legal protection.

9. I should clarify, like I did in the other thread.

What I would be doing, hypothetically, would be illegal, I ackowledge that. I believe the suspect should still have the right to a fair trial, but that doesn't mean that I, personally, wouldn't get a few swings in before the cops arrived.

7. Apparently child molestors, as well as suspected child molestors

Also people who commit "hate crimes" and more than likely all rapists.

Interesting that there are people who would cry "Foul!" if someone was vigilanted for being black or gay or robbing a bank or whatever, but won't cry "Foul!" if a person (or their car) is vigilanted for being conservative, a suspected child molestor, a rapist, a misogynist, etc.

Personally, other than Thomas Kinkade and Ron Howard, I thought the consitution applied to all people in this country, including foreigners who might only be here on vacation. Last I remember from my civics classes, if you are legally within the borders of the US, whether citizen or not, you are fully protected by the Constitution.
