been through the archives, at least all those published by Will Shortz. They're so clever. They help me to focus. I didn't like Eugene Maleska as an editor, even though that's how I got started. His writers focused too much esoteric knowledge. Those are not fun. Will Shortz prefers puzzles where, I swear, you can get EVERY answer if you just think hard enough. That's what I like; a challenge, not a test! Certainly there are reference to something obscure, and if you like learning, then you'll dig looking it up in a reference book. But mostly, he chooses puzzles that have twists and turns that can really keep you going on the hunt for just the right parallel. I have to pay something like 39 bucks a year to access and print them out. Paper must be toothy and pencil must be #2 mechanical with a white eraser. Pentel makes my favorite. The letters must be drawn neatly in the square and I don't write anything until I've checked it 4 ways. If the letter looks bad, it gets erased and replaced! I can't believe I'm telling you this! It's all true though. I'm a friggin connoisseur! :+

What should I do here:
I bought 4 Bose in-wall speakers. Due to the configuration of my walls, I had to install one of them just a few inches from an outlet. The manual said to give it a foot and a half, but I had no choice so just went for it. Sure enough, the speaker has a little buzz to it unless the volume is really low.
