1. I feel sorry foe Montreal...

they were a great baseball town even when they had the Royals in the Minors; what they did to the Expos was a textbook example of how to destroy a team and it's fanbase..

5. They had great crowds in the early days..

Around 1990 is when it started to get bad; the owners didn't want to spend money, stopped broadcasting their games over the air at one point, and became a farm team by proxy to the rest of MLB..

Although the DC area hockey team has that same nickname I still think they should've either been named the Senators or the Grays.
