1. Ah, quit yer whining!
It's 7 am in Boston. Do you always get to sleep this late? I was up at 4:30 and I don't even have to be anywhere until noon! :P

3. I damn near spit out my coffee reading this one - thought I was gonna chok
trying to keep it in.

Damn.

I say cover it with Yak poop. Then you are protected, since you didn't actually destroy functionality, but she won't want to touch it, so you win that way, too.

4. Doesn't Mrs. Matcom
get up at say, 4:45, quietly go downstairs and get on the computer, waits until about 6:00 to start your breakfast, and then goes quietly into the bedroom saying softly, "Sweetheart, it's time to get up"? Or am I just spoiling my husband? (I only serve him breakfast in bed on the weekends)

5. Consider yourself lucky
I am up every day at 5:00AM, but have to have my alarm in another room, because y wife levitates if I have it in the bedroom. She usually doesn't wake up to her own, much more gentle, alarm, probably because her snoring obscures all other sound in the room! But, no SHE doesn't snore, not her; why the very idea, how dare you insinuate that I snore (and on and on and on). The love of my life sounds like a sawmill on a GOOD night, and SHE complains about ME?

11. Either learn to love it or learn to sleep alone
I myself love my snooze alarm.

Either learn to love it or learn to love a separate bedroom
