Is there a web resource that catalogs publications that accept submissions and what they accept, guidelines for submission, contacts etc?

It's got some markets and guidelines. Yes, there is an online version of Writer's Market, but you may have to pay. If you send me your email, I can get you the links for several writer's email newsletters I get that feature markets (paying).

Email me at reejones@cox.net. I am a writer, so I get tons of these email newsletters!!!
