What will you be putting on your grill?

1. I did last night
Pork chuck steak. It's pretty cheap. These days chops are so dry you have to brine them, so I switched to the steaks from the chuck. They're very thin, so I did it 4 minutes on one side over direct heat (hot coals) and 2 minutes on the other side. It was juicy and yummy and still safely cooked.

2. Weather permitting, I will be doing so Saturday!
I've got a request for chicken, and an implied request for anything other than chicken. Perhaps some beer brats or something.

I'll also be hitting the farmer's market to see if there's anything worthwhile there.

4. You can put multiple things on the grill
We always do. Brats for Jason and portabello mushroom burger for me. He's so sweet that he even uses separate utensils so he doesn't get yucky meat juices on my stuff.

5. Cruelty!
Thunderstorms in Cleveland for the rest of the week, so no grilling - and I *just* bought all this chicken...

This is too much to bear!
