Yes, it is bad on the ole' back. But I do it anyway. I suppose I'm strange cuz I'm a female and I also sleep neekid.

Occasionally I can sleep on my side. When I'm sick with a cold, I sleep on my back, with my head elevated.

But mostly 9 out 10 nights, it's my tummy.

11. Flat On My Back

Always have. I can't imagine sleeping on my stomach/chest. I sleep in the same position whether i fall asleep on the couch or in bed. Just doesn't matter.

If a fall asleep on the couch, i'm on my back with my feet elevated, because my beastie is likely taking up the third where my feet are. So, he becomes a foot rest. He's a big thug and he can take it.

12. I sleep on my side...

but I roll over constantly from one side to the other. As it gets colder I'll start tucking my feet up closer to my body in something that kinda resembles the fetal position - no cooing though. :-)
