The old dude in the store remarked, as the other grizzly guys looked on unappreciatively, "You could get killed for wearin' a shirt like that around here, Miss."

My Dad was born and raised in TN, in the 40's and 50's, and back then, kids were either Brooklyn Dodgers or NY Yankee fans. What self-respecting southerner would be a YANKEE fan??? :wtf: My Dad was a big Dodger fan.

When I was born in southern CA in the 60's, LA was THE TEAM. So it was a natural I inherited them for another generation.

He gave me my change and I walked out. He didn't see the huge grin on my face...

I love the Braves even though I gave em hell during a few of the World Series attempts. But I also sat outside the stadium and beat on drums when it looked like they were gonna get there. My uncle from Syracuse loves the Braves cuz they were in Boston for a while, I guess ( not the biggest sports fan, here.) My brother is a huge Yankees fan. But I refuse to pick a baseball team. I love them all.

And they were good thoughts.;)
