WTF happened to summer?
I woke up this morning literally to a 25 degree drop in temperature! It's fucking freezing and i hate it! Is it too much to ask for three months of nice weather in an otherwise dreary gray chilling depressing blanket of doom?

1. I think it's still 4 days away
isn't it?

I want to know what happened to spring. 50 degrees for the entire month of May (not to mention hardly any sunshine) and then 90 degrees in June.

Remember when it used to be in the 70s for a few weeks?

6. well that's global warming for you
You know, that thing that * claims doesn't exist and refuses to do anything about? The global climate gets more unstable every year. Last year it actually snowed in Canada in August!

2. It's supposed to rain today in Silicon Valley
Light rain, but we're spoiled kids here. Anything other than "April showers bring May flowers" and we start bitching.

Like I just did, I guess...

7. Hey, I don't mind. Any day I don't have to spend money
running the central air works for me. It was actually too hot last week to put the convertible top down, and I don't like that one bit.

14. What do you mean? It's always hot in South Florida.
That's why I moved from Miami to No. Georgia. At least we don't have year-round summer.

18. Tell me about it!
I'm in Okeechobee! I know what ya mean partner! But at least up here it gets SOMEWHAT cold for about half of the year. I was shocked, horrified, and almost stunned when I moved up here (and BACK to Florida where NOT EVERYTHING is PAVED!) to see that MAPLES grow here!!!!!! I was like THE HELL?! Mind you, I grew up down in Delray (or as I call it, HELLray!) so it's 110% tropics down there and UNfreakinberable now!

BTW: You would THINK that Okeechobee, being that it is still the #1 Redneck Capital of Florida, you'd have nothing but Bush-lickers (so to speak) but I do not know one of my fellow 'necks here who likes W!
HELLO! The writing is on the wall kids! You know you are done when Flawrida 'Neck ain't down with yer ass! Hell, even the locals here HATE the local Walmart for gods sakes!!!!!!!!!!

Lu Cifer, TIME FOR A FREAKIN REVOLUTION!!!!!!

We'd be more than happy to share summer, it just doesn't appear to want to leave our state.

Texas- it ain't Hell, but they share the same zip code.

15. I'm loving it. 70 degrees is the best... or yesterday's 60.
Better than 90.

And 'global warming' doesn't mean the entire globe is going to fry;' just climate changes that adversely affect other areas; the Twin Cities has had something like 5 or 6 tornado warnings in 2 weeks' time alone.
