I just always regret everything I was doing a year ago for some reason. I assume I will continue to do that.

7. I've always thought it was the opposite. I've never regretted anything

I've ever done - it's the things I didn't do that I regret. For example, I really regret not getting a PhD and becoming a professor.

it as the other way around. Take what you do and learn from it (no regrets there) and always go for things you think you want or need (regret not doing them).

I've done plenty of things that I should not have done, and so in a sense regret them - yet I am inter alia the sum of my experiences and decisions, and it would be difficult for me utterly to reject them without rejecting a part of myself.

Usually I over-think things before I do them and if it's something that proves to be not a very good idea, I learn something about myself in the process and move forward. We are all products of our experiences. I'm ok with the the product. Therefore I'm ok with the experiences. We learn. We grow. We change. It's all a part of the journey of our lives. :)
