3. One of the best there never was in the oval office

I still cant believe that he was younger than my mom is now when he was assassinated, just tragic, its also kind of freaky to consider that had he been 43 now, Kerry would be old enough to be Bobby Kennedy's dad. Anyhow think less about that and more what could have been, sigh President Robert Francis Kennedy, Francis is a nice name I think.

23. Well, the pic was taken in August of 1972.
He died in January of 1973. What you're seeing are probably the ravages of heart disease.

27. Don't get too used to pics like this one.
Physically, he was probably pretty sick. On top of all that, LBJ was pretty much a broken down man the last few years of his life. I truly believe that he had genuine remorse over the decisions he made regarding Vietnam, and the number of lives it affected.

In 2005, it really is amazing to see that a President can actually have a conscience when their decisions cost people their lives.
