Poll question: Favorite Jello Biafra collaboration?
Edited on Fri Jun-17-05 11:38 AM by Beware the Beast Man
To commemorate Mr. Boucher's birthday today, what is your favorite Jello post-DK's side project? He's done a ton over the years, so I know I'll forget a few.

ON EDIT- Forkboy, where are you??? :D

1. Tumor Circus
Steel Pole Bathtub were my fave band back in the early '90s, and just the IDEA of them doing a record with Jello Biafra made me spray my shorts. And the album fucking kicks ass, of course.

2. My roommate in college found that at a Camelot store for $1.
Needless to say, it was a sure sale. Good disc.

8. This was around the time when music stores
started to phase out cassette tapes- they had a ton on clearance. I picked up Throbbing Gristle's "D.O.A." and a Gang of Four tape (the title escapes me) for 50 cents each.

9. Reminds me of when I used to work at the Lakewood Record Exchange
I got tapes at the phase-out price less my employee discount. I went nuts with it, of course, snagging all the Sub-Pop, Wax Trax, AmRep and Touch and Go stuff I could grab for like a quarter a tape.

Now I don't have a tape deck anymore...

The Jell-man took a loss on that one, but look at all the press he got.
