I can roll my stomach muscles up-to-down or down-to-up. (The latter not as well.) I've tried side to side with no luck so far.

I can roll my tongue up, both lengthwise and widthwise. I can also flip it over both to the left and the right.

I can touch the tip of my nose with my tongue easily.

I can cross my eyes at will.

I can wiggle my ears, and nose.

ie: take the right arm, lift up and behind the head, and then keep going (arm straight all the way) until the right arm is level with my shoulders, pointing left. I can actually keep going till it points down a bit again.

Doesn't hurt a bit but it freaks people out.

Usually they shout "ewww, stop that. Thats not natural"
