This is it -- the official FUNDAY (at Saginaw, Michigan) thread !!!!

As we begin, it is a bit over eleven hours to FUNDAY Xi.
I would guess we will have about a dozen DUers here today -- as well as 50 or so Saginaw guests and old friends -- including one Paul Parrish, who I've known since I was 15 or so (I'm now 48) and who now lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I've seen him once in the past twenty years. He just coincidentally happens to be in town visiting family and I'm so happy that he's in town for the party.
From the DU side, OhioBlues is enroute from Cincinnati with her husband (335 miles from here) and should be arriving here around 1 pm. Mrs Grumpy and livvy and vince3 and -- I hope -- Davsand from Illinois will be here, too (except that I haven't heard from her yet and am afraid there might be bad news there). There are many others enroute -- who I'm a bit dazed and confused to name just now. But we'll get to that.
Andy the Right Wing Republican is ready to go, too. He says he'd like to invite all you DUers to Liberalpalooza and that he's looking forward to the BBQed chicken.
There will be much more on this thread (including lots of pictures) as we pass the day. Hope to see you all here at noon today and, for the rest, we hope this proves to be a real cyber-FUNDAY experience.
Feel free to say hi. We'll be here all goddamned day (and most of the night, too).

2. "132 minute bump":

Up and awake and having morning coffee. Quite a few morning errands to run (you never have everything ready to go on time) before all the guests start arriving at noon.
I'll certainly let everyone know as the DUers get here -- and here's hoping Chip B remembered his digital camera (I forgot to double-check with him on that). We have plenty of food and beer here, too -- if you're within practical driving distance of Saginaw, Michigan, come on by and hang out with us today.
