Need help wrapping spring rolls.... |

Any suggestion how to make them tight like you would get in a restaurant?

1. Use very little filling |
|
Place it near but not at the edge and SLOWLY wrap, tucking in the ends on each turn. Gently push towards the roll every half turn.
The first few will look like amateur night, but then you'll settle in to a routine. When I make rolled anything I assume the first one or two are sacrifices to the food God.
Good luck.

2. And a wee bowl of cold water to moisten the edge as you finish the wrap |
|
Just dip a fingertip in the water before you do the last bit, moisten the very edge of the wrap and press it to the roll.

3. I'll come over and help if you share. Otherwise you're on your own. |

Well I can make pancakes and pasta pomodoro.
