Just moved into our new place...

And it's pretty nice. It'll be great one I fix it up. Right now the only room that's fixed up is the bathroom. Rubber duckie shower curtain, of course!

1. Sounds like you have your priorities right!

Some people start with a certain table or rug and decorate around that. I think it's much funner (is that a word?) to start with the shower curtain and work out from there. :)

We've decided on a few things, but right now most of the stuff we have is neutral so whatever we decide on later will fit in with what we already have. The only room with any real pizazz is the bathroomm, as it should be.

Congrats on your new place, rubber ducky.

I know people who insist that all things be put away in the new place within 48 hours.

Me? Last time I moved it took me two years to unpack. I thought it was more important to put in three dozen tomato plants, which I did right away. It took me years to find my box of shoes and in that time I had only two pair and never went out to buy others, either.
