I have seen ones elsewhere that are JamieLeeCurtis, Marilyn Monroe, Ma Kettle, Venus de Milo, other famous women pictures, etc. Putting Mr.bush's head onto womens pictures seems funny, the juxtaposition of the "mr.macho" and the feminine.
