Hey, being vegetarian has a lot of advantages, but somehow it just doesn't SOUND as cool as "T-bones." Tastes better, to me, but the appearance is weak.

For breakfast this morning, we had pancakes, hashbrowns, eggs, fruit salad, juice and coffee.

6. Organic lamb shanks, braised for 3 hours
in a mixture of tomatoes, white wine, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and fresh herbs, to be served over a mound of garlic mashed potatoes, with freshly steamed veggies on the side - a recipe adapted from one of Jamie Oliver's (the Naked Chef), and a favourite of the Dad in the house (recipe available upon request!).

Tummy rumbling just thinking about it, because I can smell it cooking now...
