Poll question: On average how much do you spend on pot per month?
It's about $50 - $75 per month for me. What's your average monthly pot bill?

2. my stash runneth over, generally....
I live in Humboldt County. I can count the times I've actually PAID for pot during the last 10 years on one hand, I think.

3. Zero for me...
Don't smoke the stuff...But I have, in the distant past. YUM....And I have no objections to anyone smoking it...especially those who are ill and who need it for pain control/relief.

7. Yes Peggy...
You would think it is common sense that if it helps to control pain, then it should be available....that should be the end of the debate right there. I do not see how anyone can intellectualize this further.

BTW, Peggy - You rock! Based on reading your posts, you are definitely one of the least judgmental and kindest people there is!

Been there done that!

Next!

Actually, I am pretty much over any and all drugs/alcohol except for the occassional (twice a year at most) E trip. I have a couple drinks when I go out, but not more.

9. None.
I don't do it anymore because I have a kid at home and I don't need any ammo from others.
When I used to do it I never spent any money on it. I always got it for free. I have never once had to buy it myself.

23. Chocolate and pot
I read in a chemistry journal that a family of chemicals called anandamides are found in both chocolate and pot. Trouble is, you'd have to eat a bunch of chocolate to feel a pot-like effect (and probably get a pot-belly to match!) But there have been numerous studies about the relationship of chocolate to pot.

Here are some discussions see the website.

Now if only I had some chocolate pot brownies. I'll have to make some sometime when I'm feeling extravagant.

24. Haven't had a toke in years
I'm living proof that marijuana is not addicting. Although I rarely paid for it, I did light up quite a bit. Give me a fine woman, some columbian gold, and put some Los Lonely Boy's on the stereo, and I would be a happy camper:)............

27. How much does the average cigarette smoker spend per month?
Just wondering. I'm sure it's much more than the average pot smoker. One more reason that the government outlawed the wrong kind of smoke.

(And I don't just mean for medical use.) I am pro-choice in many ways, not just in reference to abortion.

31. Just for my edification...
The last time I smoked dope "The Village People" were popular. I think an ounce was something like $30-40.

What's the damage these days?

I'm such a dork that I wouldn't even know where to acquire the stuff. I've never smoked a cigarette, either. However, I do enjoy a regular alcoholic libation (I just stuck a bottle of Stoli Razberi Vodka in the freezer).
