Batman Begins--great flick!

I agree with Alice Cooper. This is the best Batman movie yet. Characters are developed and Batman has more cool stuff. Really stays true to his message. All star cast (Christian Bale, Liam Neeson, Gary Oldman (!), Morgan Freeman, and Michael Caine of note).

Favorite line (rough quote): "Theatricality and deception are useful tools". Fiance and I immediately looked at each other and said "Yeah, you can base an entire foreign policy on it".

Anyone else see it?

1. I agree; just about the best movie of the year

I just loved this movie. For two and a half hours, I was absolutely enthralled.

2. I liked the compassion towards one's enemies message too.

We went to see Star Wars since I was using a pass from work and the theater wasn't accepting passes for Batman. We got out drinks, walked into the theater, and never even realized we both had walked mindlessly (purposefully?) into Batman instead.

It was a welcome mistake :)
