Didnt care much for St Thomas, but Ive fallen in absolute love with St John.

7. I went to Charlotte Amalie on St. Thomas

many years ago. It was on a cruise. The boat arrived late at night and docked at the harbor. When I woke up, it was a fabulous sight as that harbor is known to be one of the most beautiful in the Caribbean.

Where is this place? How can I look into a vacation there? Is "St. John" the name of a cruise that takes you along there?

St John is the name of the island. St John, USVI. It's hard to believe its a US territory.

We flew there, so you would want to look for flights into Cyril King Airport (STT). Then you hop a ferry over to St John.
