We've had chavs since the late '70s, only the collective term to describe them has changed. Casual sports wear, trainers, cheap and nasty jewellery, appalling taste in music, loud mouthed and often drunk in the streets. Basically, a waste of DNA. I always thought they either grow older and join the army where their violent tendencies and low IQs are actually viewed as assets, or they turn into those people you see lying around drunk in parks. Or end up in jail or as "youth"-television presenters, whichever is worse.
