very few people are going to buy "caffeine free diet coke with lemon" that wouldn't have bought some other type of coke if "cfdcwl" didn't exist. But, some people will, just to try something new.

Mostly, however, having many versions means that you can get retailers to stock many versions (if you are a big company with heavily promoted products). Each shelf facing Coke has is one that Pepsi doesn't. Each shelf facing Pepsi has is one that Schweppes (sp?) doesn't.

More shelf space means more sales.

9. That is so weird... I just tried it today. It's like you knew!

I liked it... it tastes like regular coke bu doesn't have that sickening sweet tounge coating after taste. It's not as "diety" as Diet Coke and doesn't have the aspertame taste. It's very similar in taste to Diet Coke with Spleda.
