The goddamn plumber shut the water off for the whole building!

He does this all the time! When he has to work in one of the apartments, rather than shutting off the water flow AT THE SHUTOFF IN THE APARTMENT, he turns off the main because its easier. Now the WHOLE BUILDING has no water for showers, cooking, cleaning, flushing MAKING COFFEE...!

I went to the apt he was at and he just said "in a while" in his gruff barking way. The landlord loves this guy because he works for cheap.

I'd call the landlord, like I have in the past, but he just doesnt give a shit. Tells me "The man has to complete the work and thats it". When I try to explain the importance of having water he just says "If you dont like living in my building you can always move". Nice, huh?

He's come by before and just shuts the water off without telling the tenants. I was in the damn shower once, shampoo in my hair and the water went off. I ran outside in a towel, shampoo in my hair and demanded he turn itback on for 5 minutes so I could rinse! We almost came to blows then, but he did grant me my request.
This guy is an idiot!
