Do you have a piece of clothing you can't throw away?
I have this way holey tye-died t-shirt that is dissolving with age. I can't wear it in public because there would be too many ample possibilities of nipples a peering.

I can't throw it away though. It is sooooo soft and light on hot days. I've had it for at least 10 years.

1. I just threw away a jacket that was like that
It lasted me two winters, but was in such rough shape that I had to get rid of it. I didn't want to throw it away and it was sitting on my couch for a couple of months before I finally made the decision.

3. I have a couple of things
One is my Bambu t-shirt (if anyone here remembers Bambu rolling papers). I bought it in maybe 1980 or thereabouts. It's very thin and has holes but I can't part with it.

The other is a Mickey Mouse shirt given to me by a dear friend, now deceased. I've had it for maybe 20 years and he had it for probably ten before that.

4. "Ugly is Good" t-shirt
I have a t-shirt I bought in Cancun a decade ago that I can't toss, but I could never wear in public. The t-shirt was from a restaurant called IguanaWana and on the back there is a drawing of an iguana with the phrase "ugly is good." It is the perfect t-shirt. Apparently, the restaurant sells them to the public now, but I begged a manager to sell me one, and it was such a good investment. :)

5. I have a pair of cutoffs from college (1968)
and a denim hat from 1966..and a size 3 cocktail dress, and a dress I wore to prom in 1966..

Non fit, but they have sentimental value. I guess I always thought I'd have a daughter :) (3 sons)
