as I understand it, you cannot publish (which would include web publishing, I think) any scan of the dollar that is not at least half as large or 2 and 1/2 as large as the original, or significantly altered in some way so that it could not be printed and counterfeited.

The secret service enforces this law, and considering what our website is about, I wouldn't wave a red flag in front of bull, would you?
