First, I had to go to urbandictionary.com to find out exactly what a "holla back" girl is. Then, I find this definition - which leaves me with more questions than answers and may even get the thread locked before it sinks to the bottom...

5. I looked this up somewhere too and it said that a hollaback

girl was a cheerleader, an unimportant one, who was on the back row and the main cheerleaders would call the cheer and the lesser ones would holler it back. That would fit with the video anyway.
