Any ideas what to do this weekend with lots of partying? I'm afraid that I'm going to slip if I have even one beer. With lots of friends coming into town, it's going to be very hard. Fortunately, most of them no longer smoke.

7. I quit 4 weeks ago.

When I get the urge to smoke, I just don't. I do something else and the urge goes away. It only seems to last about 20 seconds or so. I can handle that.

Pretend you're smoking pot. I'm cig free for 4 years in August! Hang in there - you can do it! And good for you!

everything tastes. You'll smell things you haven't smelled in years. Eventually you may develop an aversion to the tar and nicotine that gets into your hair and clothing around smokers, I have.
