Cow Tipping BEGINS at 15

This is pretty much sacred law for midwesterners. Even if the bull is bad. Even if the tipper-person is slow. Even if there is hair on the burger.

Never tip below 15, unless the tip-person directly insults cows. Then you know they have the fire.
