I wonder if I can sneak my schnauzer in. She's quiet, and I could bring pee pads for the bathroom. She doesn't bark a lot, and no one would even know she's there.

She's supposed to stay with her grandparents while we are gone overnight...the thought of leaving her behind is killin' me. :(

2. I'd hate to get kicked out.
I go through schnauzer withdrawals everytime I have to be away from her.

Here's Lucinda's photo, with my kitty, named Kitty:

You know how I feel about animals, since you posted pix of mine, for me, long ago. I'd give it a shot. If you know that she's quiet, I can't see why there would be a problem. But there are lots of places that accept pets. I stayed at a Marriott Residence Inn, in San Diego, where there were several dogs in residence, and, of course, I got to know them. And I used to stay at a Days Inn, in Maryland, with my grandmother, where I saw lots of dogs. Can't you find a place where she'd be welcome? I know that there are directories of such places.

on edit: This was the best site I found that lists establishments which are pet-friendly. Good luck with this and I sure don't blame you.

9. I had to find a doggie friendly hotel in Rome for the end of July..
luckily it's not terribly hard... you just have to ask.

I bet you can sneak her in.. just keep her quiet. No one will know.

4. We've done it with
my daughter's Maltese, but we have a friend who was charged $300 to his credit card when he was caught sneaking in his mini-dox (he's like a cocktail weiner).

and I agree - she looks pretty vicious - look at her trying to choke that kitty with her bare hands! :scared:

5. No...she's not mean. That's how they sleep.
They cuddle up and wrap their paws around each other. It's funny to watch them sleep.

6. That would be rude and obnoxious.
if the place doesnt allow pets, it doesnt allow pets.

If you were allergic to smoking and asked for a non-smoking room - i dont think youd think much of the persoin who was sneaking smokes in there before your occupancy...
