I have Pavlov's dog sitting here.
At the sound of a fork, clinking on an empty plate, he comes and sits in front of you with these starving eyes. He has to run the plate through the pre-wash cycle. No wonder he weighs 130 pounds.

1. LOL
I've been there, done that....

our Border Collie knew all the sounds of dinner being prepared and would sit at attention until it was brought to the table. And, if I wasn't fast enough in offering a treat, my arm would be gently nudged until I complied.

God I miss that dog........

2. He can be sound asleep
And know when you're down to the last bite of a sandwich. He knows that's his.

3. My dog has selective hearing...
Only pays attention when it's what she already wanted
to do.

4. One of my cats comes running at the beep of the microwave
She doesn't eat food from the microwave though. The only table foods she gets are chicken, and baked potatoes. Both of these are made in the oven. Yes, I said my cat likes baked potatoes! I thought it was the bacon, I gave her just plain potato, and she scarfed it down.

5. My other dog loves Whoppers
Those malted milk balls. When she was a puppy, and she just happened to be walking by, and smelled one on your breath, she'd try to get it out of your mouth.
